Our refund and returns policy

If you are unhappy with any item in your order, please email us at info@artisanapparel.co within 14 days of receipt and provide the following information:

  • Your details used to make the order;
  • Your order number;
  • The issues you have with your order and which specific items are affected;
  • Confirmation of whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please do not return any items without first emailing us with the requested details above.

All item(s) being returned must be in their original packaging and unused. The cost of returning the item to us is your (the customer’s) responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
